• Duluth Police Officers assigned to patrol work 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating between day and night shifts every four months. Officers have every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.

• 457b/457 Roth employee contributions, plus 401a city match up to 2%. The vesting on the 401a match is at 5 years of service.

• Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) Retirement - The city funds this pension account, vesting is at 5 years of service.
